Most people call me Leash
I’m a full-time Wedding and Portrait photographer but I enjoy so many other hobbies on the side! My love for photography really started in the high school dark room exposing my own film and pulling my own prints. The process is addicting and extremely gratifying. I think this is where my love for rich and moody edits come from. Lets connect! I’d love to get to know you. 🙂
Capturing Moments In Life, From Experience
My favorite outdoor activity is fishing! My Dad and I spend much of our summer up on Big Gull Lake, Ontario in competition for the biggest largemouth bass – he always wins! Our lake is the most wonderful place in the world and I dream of building my own cottage there someday. Boating, bonfires, swimming, canoeing, and hanging with good friends make this place a dream.
I come from a family of 6. I have 3 sisters and we all start with the letter “A” which really throws people off! I’m number 2 in the roster in case that helps! We have two black labs and they are our children. Babe is 13 and Nelli (the brat) is 2.
I am dating my best friend. His name is Cody but my Mom and sisters call him Coco Puff…
I recently took up horseback riding lessons. It’s been on my to-do list for years and I’m finally doing it and loving it! As a naturally cautious person, it’s a great hobby to take up as it pushes me to trust and take chances. It’s also a wonderful stress reliever. Horses truly are gentle giants. Plus, the horse I’m training with goes by the name of Cookie so there’s really nothing sweeter.
I’m an Honours Degree Graduate from the University of Windsor with a double major in English & Visual Arts.
I absolutely love hiking and exploring. I’m always looking for magical places to create art in. I love waterfalls, mountain, open fields, and overgrown abandoned buildings.
