I’ve never had a client that didn’t ask me questions about an upcoming photo shoot. If you’re curious, confused, or creatively challenged, these questions may be running through your mind. I suggest to all prospective clients that they take a look through and see if their questions are in this list. If your question isn’t in here, please feel free to send me a message!

Where are you based and how far do you travel?

I am based out of Essex county, Ontario. However, I am available for worldwide travel! I also spend a few months a year near Ottawa / Perth / Kingston and would love to photograph some wedding and portrait sessions there!

How many weddings photos do you typically deliver?

There is no set number of images that I deliver. It all depends on the hours of coverage for the wedding day. A 6-12 hour wedding day will range anywhere from 500 – 1000 final images.

When can we expect to have our full gallery back?

You can expect to have your full gallery within 6-12 weeks. During the busy wedding season, full galleries are delivered closer to the 10-12 week mark. However, you will have sneak peaks within 1 week of your wedding day!

Do you offer customized packages to meet our specific needs?

I offer 4 of my most popular packages for your review. However, I’m happy to customize any of those packages to specifically meet your needs.

Do you have a second shooter?

I typically shoot 99% weddings on my own and am very confident in doing so! However, you are welcome to add a second shooter to any package.

Will you help us with outfit coordination and location ideas for our engagement or family session?

Absolutely! Outfits and locations are everything to make your session perfect! I am here to help with it all.

Are we allowed to add extra coverage on the wedding day?

Absolutely! I won’t leave your special day without saying goodbye and making sure everything has been covered.

How long does an engagement session or family session last?

An engagement session can run anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the location. Family sessions last one hour.

Is a deposit required to formally book a session?

Yes. A deposit is required for any session booking in order to formally hold the session date and time slot.

Do you accept credit card?

I do not accept credit card. I accept cash, check, and interac e-transfer.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors for our wedding day?

Absolutely! Contact me to help with all of your vendor needs. I’ll send you to the best in the area!

What do we need to do to secure you for our wedding date?

I require a signed contract and 30% non-refundable deposit of the total package value. We will go over the contract together at an in-person consultation and I will provide you with all of the information that you need to make your decision.

Do you have insurance in case our venue requests it?

Absolutely!

What happens if we want to cancel your services?

If for some reason, the wedding gets called off, we will terminate the previously signed contract. The 30% deposit remains non-refundable under any given circumstance.
